We also offer specialist training designed to build confidence and deepen understanding for professionals working with families.

Tailored to the needs of social workers, family support teams and other professionals; our training can help to deliver more thoughtful, trauma-informed assessments and support plans that truly make a difference.

ParentAsess

A specialist tool used to assess parenting capacity, particularly for parents with additional needs or learning difficulties, ParentAssess breaks down parenting into clear, practical areas - safety, emotional care, routines and boundaries.

Using the intelligent software as part of the assessment process allows us to identify strengths and areas where extra support may be needed.

We can then tailor support and interventions more effectively, providing clear and evidence-based outcomes to inform care planning and decision-making in a child’s best interests.

Freedom Programme

An educational and awareness-raising course designed for women who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse, the programme helps individuals recognise the signs of unhealthy or controlling relationships and understand the impact of abuse, particularly on children.

The programme explores beliefs, behaviours and the dynamics of relationships in a safe, supportive environment. We believe this can help to empower participants to make informed choices and rebuild their confidence.

We can also also deliver the Freedom Programme for Men who have been the perpetrator of domestic abuse and who wish to make genuine changes and develop an understanding of their abusive traits as a way to make effective change. This will also include the impacts of domestic abuse upon children.

Chrysalis offer the Freedom Programme as part of our holistic support, delivered by specially trained staff, this helps individuals take positive steps towards healthier and safer relationships for themselves and their families.
